David Silipigno is a well-known entrepreneur based in Saratoga County. He started his first business venture "National Financial Corp" (NFC), at the age of 19. This business venture was a call center dealings based company which helped the Saratoga's youth by providing employment opportunities to them. He is the founder and/or consultant of five areas of business that includes Principal Commercial, First Guarantee Mortgage, Industry Partners Title, Saratoga Venture Capital and Saratoga Studios.

David Silipigno is a keen humanitarian who strongly believes in charity. He is the founder of David B. Silipigno Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to work for the betterment of underprivileged and at-risk children and provides the healthy and progressive learning environment to needy children. He significantly contributes in various charity events and welfare causes. He has supported various events such as PAWS For A Cause, LARKfest, Albany Tulip Festival, The FUTURES Tour and The Northeast Family Chocolate Festival. He had also donated $775,000 to the Albany Academy for Girls. For his outstanding dedication of making the society in a better way, he has been honored with prestigious 'In the Spirit of Service Award' by the Arthritis Foundation of NENY in March 7, 2009. This foundation helps the people who are suffering from arthritis.

David Silipigno is a multi-talented personality. He is also the executive producer of the movie "The Skeptic" which was produced under the banner of Saratoga Studio. The movie was written and directed by Tennyson Bardwell which was released in May, 2009. The movie is a combination of horror and thrill which was appreciated by various viewers across US.
