David Silipigno Is One Of The Prominent Entrepreneurs Across Saratoga County

David Silipigno is one of the prominent entrepreneurs across Saratoga County. He believes that sheer dedication and constant hard work is the only key to achieve success. He completed his studies from Shenendehowa High School and Albany University. He started his career as an entrepreneur at a very young age and by the time he reached his mid 20's, he had more than 600 employees working for him. David is also the co producer of a movie "The Skeptic". Directed by Tennyson Bardwell, the movie released on May 1, 2009 and was widely appreciated by the audience for its combination of horror and thriller.

David Silipigno is the founder and/or consultant of five areas businesses which are First Guarantee Mortgage, Industry Partners Title, Saratoga Studios, Saratoga Venture Capital and The Principal Commercial. His first business venture, national Finance Corp. (NFC) created vast employment opportunities among the youth residing in and around the outlying areas of Saratoga County. He has been teaching the mortgage business since past 18 years and is also one of the pioneers who utilized telemarketing to originate mortgages. The concept of telemarketing proved to be successful and was backbone of building 2 successful businesses. His marketing firm took 30000 mortgage leads across the country. Several other companies over the time attempted to replicate this method with varying different degrees of success.

David Silipigno has also founded an organization which works for the benefit of the underprivileged children known as The David B. Silipigno Foundation. This organization aims at offering these children emotional and social support.
