David Silipigno Is Highly Devoted To Human Welfare

David Silipigno is the founder of David B. Silipigno Foundation, a charitable organization that works for the upliftment of underprivileged children of the society. The foundation sponsors many programs that provide children with various athletic and educational facilities to ensure their all-round development. It accepts proposals and gives grants only to organizations with 501 (c) 3 status. The priority is given to the programs that focus on improving the lives of the citizens of Saratoga County. David also supports many charitable events such as PAWS For a Cause, the Northeast Family, Chocolate Festival, Albany Tulip Festival 2007, LARK fest and the Future's Tournament. His charitable works were recognized by the Arthritis Foundation of NENY, an organization that works for people suffering from arthritis. The organization honored him with the ‘In the Spirit of Service Award' in 2009.

Besides being a great humanitarian, David Silipigno is also an eminent entrepreneur of the Saratoga Springs. He started his first business enterprise, National Finance Corporation (NFC) at the age of 19 years. The company was based on call center dealings and provided employment opportunities to the residents of Saratoga County. Within short span of time, the company grew into one of the most successful enterprises in Saratoga County. It was also listed as a National Company. In addition to NFC, David Silipigno was also the founder and/or lead consultant to five area businesses including First Guarantee Mortgage, Industry Partners Title, Saratoga Studios, Saratoga Venture Capital and The Principal Commercial. He has also been teaching mortgage business to budding entrepreneurs for the last 18 years.

In May 2009, David Silipigno ventured into the film industry. He debuted as the producer of the movie "Skeptic" which was made under the banner of Saratoga Studios. Written and directed by Tennyson Bardwell, the movie was a combination of horror and thrill, and was well received by the audience.
