David Silipigno Donated $775,000 To The Albany Academy For Girls

Based in Saratoga County, David Silipigno is an entrepreneur and a lifelong humanitarian. He has been working hard for the upliftment of poor and needy people past many years. He believes that every successful person should put efforts towards the benefit of downtrodden. He is the owner of David B. Silipigno Foundation which works for improving the living standards of underprivileged children. This organization aims at providing the children with a healthy environment where they can learn new things. It also provides financial support to several other charitable organizations including Arthritis Foundation, Saratoga Center for Family, Catholic Charities, Mental Health Foundation, YMCA of Saratoga etc.

David Silipigno has been into entrepreneurship since a very young age and by the time he reached his mid 20's, he had more than 600 employees working for him. He is the founder and/or consultant of five business areas namely Saratoga Venture Capital, Industry Partners Title, First Guarantee Mortgage, The Principal Commercial, and Saratoga Studios. He co-produced the movie "The Skeptic" under the banner of Saratoga Studios. This movie was appreciated by the viewers for its combination of horror and thriller. He utilized the approach of telemarketing to originate mortgages. This concept helped him to achieve success in two business areas and at the height of the marketplace his marketing firm was taking 30000 mortgage leads per month all across the country.

David Silipigno donated $775,000 for a new athletic facility to the Albany Academy for Girls. The academy honored him by naming the athletic facility after his name. He has been awarded several times for his hard work and sheer dedication towards the betterment of society. On March 7, 2009, he received the "The Spirit of Service" award by John and Christine Colley, who had previously chaired The Arthritis Foundation.
