David Silipigno is a well established businessman and a humanitarian based in Saratoga Springs. He ventured into business as an entrepreneur at an age of nineteen and by the time he reached at his mid 20's, he had more than 600 employees working for him. National Finance Corp (NFC) was his first business venture which created vast employment opportunities among the youth residing in and around the areas of Saratoga County. He was one of the pioneers who utilized telemarketing to originate mortgages. The concept of telemarketing helped him in achieving success in two business areas and over the time, his marketing firm took 30000 mortgage leads per month all across the country.
David Silipigno completed his studies from Shenendehowa High School and Albany University and has been teaching the mortgage business since past 18 years. Silipigno is the founder and/or consultant of five areas businesses which are First Guarantee Mortgage, Industry Partners Title, Saratoga Studios, Saratoga Venture Capital and The Principal Commercial. He was also the executive producer of the movie "The Skeptic" which released on May 1, 2009. David Silipigno believes that every successful person should contribute towards society in order to make it a better place to live in. He created an organization known as David B. Silipigno Foundation which works for the upliftment of poor and needy children. It offers them emotional and social support and also provides them with several athletic as well as educational based programs in order to boost their confidence.
