David Silipigno, owner of the David B. Silipigno Foundation, is famous for his humanitarian deeds in Saratoga Springs. He has been dedicated towards the upliftment of poor and needy children and has been putting the best of his efforts to create a healthy environment for such children which is full of possibility and positive approach.
