David Silipigno is a famous entrepreneur from Saratoga Springs who started working at the age of nineteen. Due to his dedication and sheer hard work, he had more than 600 employees working for him by the time he reached at his mid 20's. "National Finance Corp.”, his first business venture created vast opportunities among the youth in and around the areas of Saratoga County. He is the owner of the David B. Silipigno Foundation which works for the upliftment of the underprivileged children of society. This foundation supports various other organizations like Arthritis Foundation, Saratoga Center for Family, Catholic Charities, Mental Health Foundation, YMCA of Saratoga and many others. These organizations work to create an environment which is full of positive approach and possibility for at-risk children. It has also granted funds to different charitable events organized like The Future's Tournament, The Northeast Family, LARK fest, PAWS For a Cause, 2007 Albany Tulip festival and many more. He has also been awarded with the "Spirit of Service” award by the Arthritis Foundation on March 7, 2009 for his effort of making this society a better place to live in.
At present, David Silipigno is the consultant and/or owner of five area businesses Principal Commercial, First Guarantee Mortgage, Industry Partners Title, Saratoga Venture Capital and Saratoga Studios. He was the executive producer of the movie "The Skeptic” which was produced under the banner of Saratoga Studios. This movie was directed by Tennyson Bardwell and was appreciated by the audience because of the excellent combination of horror and thriller.
